Kattrina Cervantes
Managing Member
After getting her degree from UW, Kattrina spent the next decade providing accounting and advisory services to many Puget Sound businesses, small and large, and spanning many different industries. Some of Kattrina’s career highlights include aiding in collecting over $2 million dollars in accounts receivable, reconstructing ten years of a client's business and personal financial data, securing over twenty PPP loans during the COVID pandemic (and successfully obtaining 100% forgiveness for all of them), and digitizing the invoicing process for a multi-million dollar corporation.
In her spare time, Kattrina is an active board member of the Mukilteo Lighthouse Festival. She also finds great joy in cooking for her family and friends, watching the Seahawks play, enjoying Summer sunsets, and traveling as often as she can.
Paula Costner
Executive Assistant
Paula Costner brings a strong engineering background and over a decade of experience with Boeing, where she has developed a reputation for precision, efficiency, and problem-solving. Her high attention to detail, task-oriented mindset, and unique analytical skills have consistently contributed to improving day-to-day operations and driving effective results.
Known as a dependable team player, Paula is always willing to go the extra mile to support her colleagues and ensure projects are completed with accuracy and care. She thrives in collaborative environments and takes pride in helping teams operate more smoothly and efficiently.
Outside of work, Paula enjoys relaxing at home with her husband, their three cats, and dog, as well as sailing the Puget Sound with family. She also gives back to her community by volunteering her time with a local nonprofit, Dog Gone Seattle.
